Kirsten Light is the Co-Owner of JEM Designs’ Cincinnati location, where she leads the day-to-day operations of the showroom and business. With more than 30 years of experience in accounting, financial management, operations, and overall business leadership, Kirsten brings a strong strategic and organizational foundation to the JEM Designs team.

Starting her career in public and corporate accounting, in 2015 Kirsten formed an LLC to offer contract CFO services to small business. She began working with Danny and JEM in 2016 when it was one location. After years of helping businesses operate efficiently and make sound financial decisions, Kirsten wanted the opportunity to try her hand at business ownership. When the chance to purchase the Cincinnati location became available, it was the right opportunity to join up with Danny to combine her financial expertise, operational experience, and entrepreneurial drive in a new way.

At JEM Designs, Kirsten uses her business knowledge to support the Cincinnati team, enhance the customer experience, and help ensure each project moves smoothly from initial consultation through delivery. Her attention to detail, practical leadership style, and commitment to service make her an important part of JEM Designs’ continued growth.
