Meet with a JEM designer — in person at our showroom or via video call. We listen to how you use your space, what matters most to you, and where you want to invest. We’ll review materials, discuss layout ideas, and establish the scope and budget range for your project.
3D Visualization & Design
This is where your kitchen or bath comes to life. Our design team creates detailed 3D renderings so you can see exactly how your space will look — from cabinet layout to countertop materials to lighting. Review, revise, and refine until it feels right.

With your design approved, it’s time to lock in the details. Visit our showroom to see and touch your selected cabinets, countertops, hardware, and finishes in person. We’ll walk you through every option and help you make confident final choices.
Order & Production
With your design finalized and materials selected, we place the order with our manufacturing partners. Your JEM designer manages the entire production timeline, coordinates with your builder on scheduling, and keeps you updated at every milestone.
Delivery & Installation
Your cabinets and countertops arrive, and your new kitchen or bath comes together. We coordinate delivery timing with your builder and are available for any final adjustments to ensure everything fits perfectly and matches your approved design.
