Katie has been with JEM since 2019! She started in business development and has now transitioned into the Chief Operating Officer of the Dayton location. She has been in the construction industry for 13 years and sits on the board of the Dayton Home Builders Association. She has been able to grow both personally and professionally right along side of JEM as the company has reached new goals year after year. She definitely brings excitement to the office and those around her!
